Position Overview

We are looking for motivated and outgoing Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team. You'll be the face of Newhaus Roofing, helping homeowners and businesses navigate roof inspections, insurance claims, and new roof installations. This role is ideal for someone who loves meeting people, thrives in the field, and wants uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through ,referrals, and self-sourced opportunities.
  • Meet with Pre-set In home Clients for roofing Estimates and Closing Contacts.
  • Perform roof inspections and identify storm or age-related damage.
  • Educate homeowners about roofing systems and insurance claim processes.
  • Prepare accurate estimates and close sales contracts.
  • Manage your projects to ensure smooth installations and satisfied clients.
  • Maintain regular follow-up and communication with customers.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience (roofing, construction, or home improvement preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in customer homes.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
