About the Role

We're looking for motivated, outgoing Outside Sales Representatives to join our storm-response team. You'll be going door-to-door or working event setups in hail-affected areas, offering free vehicle inspections and guiding customers through the repair and insurance process.

This is a high-earning, commission-only opportunity for individuals who are confident, self-driven, and ready to hustle. The more effort you put in, the more you earn.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with vehicle owners in storm-affected neighborhoods.
  • Offer free hail-damage inspections and explain repair options.
  • Help customers start their insurance claims for covered damage.
  • Schedule appointments for inspections with our PDR technicians.
  • Represent the TrueMark brand with integrity and enthusiasm.

Requirements

  • Prior sales or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required.
