Our client
is looking for a proactive and relationship-driven
Key Account Manager
to manage and grow an assigned book of business.

The Opportunity:
Are you a natural relationship builder with a proven track record of retaining and expanding client accounts? This role will serve as the primary strategic partner for customers, ensuring their success with the client's products while identifying opportunities for growth through upsells and cross-selling.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Revenue & Growth:
    The primary goal is to
    retain business
    while proactively developing new opportunities with existing customers (upsells, add-ons, new properties/users).
  • Customer Retention & Partnership:
    Establish a
    trusted advisor relationship
    with key stakeholders and senior executives, implementing a regular meeting cadence, including in-person meetings.
  • Solution Delivery:
    Work closely with customers to apply the most effective solutions, ensuring the
    timely and successful delivery
    of products and services according to their needs.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Serve as the central point of contact, coordinating closely with internal teams (Production Support, Billing, Technical Support, Onboarding) to resolve queries and improve the entire customer experience.
  • Account Management:
    Utilize the client's
    CRM
    and internal systems to forecast key metrics, prepare status reports, manage challenging customer requests, and implement necessary escalations.

What You'll Bring:

  • 1+ years of proven experience in an
    Account Manager, Key Account Manager,
    or similar client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to
    present and influence
    stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Experience working with
    CRM software
    and
    MS Office Suite
    .
  • Exceptional listening, presentation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to
    manage multiple account projects
    simultaneously while maintaining sharp
    attention to detail
    .
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel when applicable
