Remote -Technical Support RepresentativeLocation: RemotePay: $15/hourType: PermanentAbout the RoleWe're looking for motivated individuals to join our Support Team at Frontline Call CenterIf you enjoy helping people, thrive in a tech-driven environment, and want to work from the comfort of your home — this could be the perfect fit.We're currently hiring for a Support Agent, which is ideal for individuals who are computer savvy or technically inclined and enjoy troubleshooting Internet Service Provider (ISP) issues.Position Details:Role: Technical Support RepresentativeType: Permanent Full TimePay Rate: $15.00/hourStart Date: Tuesday, November 11, 2025, 7:00 am - 2:30 pm PSTTraining Duration: Approximately 1.5 weeksTraining Schedule: Monday–FridaySchedule Requirement: Must have 24/7 open availability (permanent schedule assigned after training)Weekend work requiredKey Responsibilities:Assist customers with ISP troubleshooting and connectivity issuesEscalate technical concerns to the appropriate departments when necessaryResolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly toneProvide professional, patient, and solutions-oriented supportStrong troubleshooting skills and ability to stay calm under pressureExcellent written and verbal communicationComfortable multitasking across multiple screens and toolsReliable, distraction-free workspace with hardwired internet (Ethernet connection required)Required QualificationsTraining attendance is 100% mandatory — no exceptionsOpen availability (24/7); schedules will be assigned after trainingPrevious Customer Service experience (high call volume preferred)Strong communication and de-escalation skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to multitaskBasic technical ability (install/uninstall programs, troubleshoot equipment)Prior Call Center or remote work experienceBasic Technical Support experienceWork Setup Requirements:ComputerDual monitors (your computer counts as one, plus one additional monitor)Minimum 8 GB RAMMust use an Ethernet cable (RJ-45) — hardwired connection required during interview and work hoursInternetDownload speed: 20 Mbps or higherUpload speed: 10 Mbps or higherPing: 20 MS or lower (no exceptions)Connection must be hardwired (Ethernet)AccessoriesHigh-quality USB headsetCamera required during interview and training (no camera needed once you receive your regular schedule)How to ApplySubmit your application with the following screenshots uploaded:Ethernet connection proof:Open Task Manager > Performance and take a screenshot showing your wired Ethernet connection.Speed test results:Use and ensure Ping 20 ms.RAM verification:Open System Information and take a screenshot showing at least 8 GB RAM.All technical requirements will be verified during the interview.Spots are limited — apply as soon as possible if interestedAdditional InformationSome benefits are subject to eligibility requirements, including employment term and other factors.Frontline Group is a W2 employer (we do not hire independent contractors).
