Marketing Account Executive

About Us

Our Marketing Department is dynamic, fast-paced, and highly collaborative and we're looking for a versatile, detail-oriented, and strategic Marketing Account Executive to join our team.

Position Overview

The Marketing Account Executive will serve as a key support role on the marketing team, overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating design and content needs across our family of brands, and ensuring consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints. This position requires a mix of strong creative design skills, strategic marketing thinking, and project management acumen.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Production

  • Must be highly skilled and experienced in design, with the ability to produce polished, professional materials across digital and print.

  • Create and manage design assets using Canva for quick-turn materials (rack cards, flyers, brochures, email headers, social posts, etc.).

  • Execute high-level creative work in Adobe Photoshop for more complex projects such as patient education booklets, billboards, and advertisements.

  • Maintain cohesive branding across all materials for nearly a dozen distinct brands.

  • Submit and present a professional portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design and campaign work

Content & Campaign Development

  • Write and edit content for both physician-facing and patient-facing audiences, adapting voice and tone accordingly.

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns from concept to completion.

  • Understand target audiences, campaign goals, KPIs, and how to optimize marketing efforts across multiple channels.

Project & Brand Management

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, each at various phases of development.

  • Stay highly organized while tracking and prioritizing multiple projects across multiple internal teams and brand verticals.

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure projects align with overarching brand strategy and business objectives.

  • Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams, including doctors, Physician Liaisons, and the Community Engagement team.

Event Marketing

  • Support the planning and execution of community events and awareness initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to handle event logistics and materials.

  • Evaluate ROI and prepare post-event reports.

  • Availability for occasional evening and weekend event support, especially during Breast Cancer Awareness Month and other peak times.

Budgeting & Reporting

  • Track and maintain project budgets.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Marketing Manager regarding budget status, campaign performance, and resource needs.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of relevant marketing and/or design experience, preferably in a healthcare, agency, or multi-brand environment.

  • Highly skilled in Canva and Adobe Photoshop.

  • Strong understanding of brand identity and how to apply it consistently across multiple brands.

  • Proven ability to write compelling content for different audiences.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines with speed and accuracy.

  • Strong understanding of marketing campaign structure, goals, execution, and performance metrics.

  • Experience supporting event strategy, logistics, and ROI tracking.

  • Highly collaborative with an eager, "can-do" attitude.

  • Able to work independently and adapt quickly to change in a fast-paced, multi-location healthcare organization.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Pay Range: $55,000-$65,000 annually
