Marketing Coordinator / Intern — Arrow Limousine & Luxury Transportation

Position Overview:
We're seeking an energetic and creative Marketing Coordinator (or Intern) to run and manage our marketing department. This is an opportunity to take ownership of our marketing strategy from the ground up—developing and executing initiatives that maximize Arrow Limousine's social media presence and strengthen our overall brand identity.
You'll be responsible for shaping the voice and visual look of Arrow Limousine across digital platforms, with a strong focus on social media management, content creation, and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all Arrow Limousine social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Develop monthly content calendars and campaigns (photo, video, caption writing, scheduling)
- Create engaging posts, stories, and reels that appeal to a younger audience while honoring Arrow's long-standing legacy
- Track performance analytics and adjust strategies to drive reach and engagement
- Assist in email marketing campaigns, promotions, and client outreach
- Collaborate with management on creative marketing ideas, partnerships, and events
- Maintain consistency with brand tone, style, and visual identity
- Graphic design experience is a major plus — the ability to create branded visuals, advertisements, or digital assets will be considered a strong bonus
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Creative eye for branding, photography, and short-form video content
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools preferred
- Graphic design background or skills strongly valued
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects
- Marketing, Communications, or related major preferred (students welcome to apply)
