Kozy Hotel Houston North is seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Desk Manager to lead our front desk team. As a luxury boutique hotel, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences and personalized service. The Front Desk Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of front desk services and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services, to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and train front desk staff to provide excellent customer service and uphold the hotel's standards and values.
  • Monitor guest feedback and respond promptly to any inquiries, requests, or complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Oversee front desk administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management, to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for front desk staff and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures related to guest services, safety, and security.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve front desk operations and guest experiences.
  • Assist with special projects, events, and initiatives as assigned by hotel management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel front desk management or similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and amenities to assist guests with recommendations.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
