Overview:

Lead Coordinator

Coolray is currently seeking Lead Coordinators to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Lead Coordinators work closely with our employee based leads and schedule appointments with Service Technicians accordingly. We are looking for the following schedules to be filled:

This is a hybrid schedule and a 4 day work week

  • Friday- Monday (7a-5:30p)
  • Thursday- Sunday (7a-5:30p)

Compensation $15-17 plus commission plan Average Payout $1500- $2500 monthly

Responsibilities:

What Will I Do?

  • Track leads for services in tracking system
  • Establishing customer rapport via phone, text, and email
  • Selling and upselling maintenance agreements to both new and existing customers
  • Audit customer accounts, making outbound calls to reestablish services
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Handle customer inquiries services and appointment times
  • Process paperwork, obtain customer digital signatures, and submit through ICON portal in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Do I have what it takes?

  • Minimum 1 year scheduling appointments via telephone to customers
  • Working knowledge of Service Titan is a plus
  • Experience working in the HVAC or related field is a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite. Word, Excel, ect.
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Great organizational skills
  • Good follow through and attention to detail are a must
