Description

  • Manage all phases of luxury residential construction projects, from pre-construction planning to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and designers to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Hire, manage, and evaluate subcontractors and vendors for quality and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular progress updates and address any issues or changes promptly.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure client satisfaction with completed projects.
