- Track outreach activities and district engagement in Salesforce; collaborate with the data team to support reporting on grant deliverables and program outcomes.
- Represent the organization at mental health and education events to build visibility and cultivate new district and community partnerships.
- Provide proactive administrative support to two Senior Directors, including managing calendars, preparing materials, and coordinating outreach-related communications.
- Support funding and sustainability efforts by assisting with grant research, funder reports, and ongoing communication with partners.
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, public health, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in school district partnerships, program coordination, training implementation, outreach, or administrative support— in education mental health settings, or a related field.
- Proficiency with digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Canva, PowerPoint) to develop outreach and training materials.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to manage outreach, track engagement, and support reporting.
