**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, the ability to manage vendors and stakeholders effectively, and a commitment to continuous improvement through Lean and Kaizen practices. The Project Manager will oversee projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing cost control measures to ensure efficient use of resources. **Responsibilities:** - Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they meet project scope, timelines, and budget requirements. - Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets. - Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management. - Manage vendors and stakeholders to ensure that all project deliverables are met and that all vendors are providing high-quality services. - Implement Lean and Kaizen principles to continuously improve project processes and reduce waste. - Monitor project progress against project plans and identify and address any deviations or issues. - Ensure that all project activities are conducted in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, and standards. - Manage project budgets and costs to ensure that they are within budget and that any cost overruns are identified and addressed promptly. - Utilize project management tools such as Redmine to track project progress, manage resources, and collaborate with team members. - Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. - Develop and implement project reporting and communication plans to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. - Conduct regular project reviews to ensure that the project is on track to meet its objectives and to identify and address any issues or risks. **Requirements:** - Proven experience in project management with a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Scrum and Lean Six Sigma. - Experience in vendor management and stakeholder engagement. - Ability to develop and manage project budgets and costs. - Experience with project management tools such as Primavera and Redmine. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $23.00 per hour
