Primary/Secondary Supervisor - Supply Chain Manager

Job Position Summary - This position is responsible for maintaining records, overseeing document control, and expediting internal and external document transmittals. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, capable of working well both independently and in teams. The Document Manager should be detail-oriented and comfortable communicating all issues clearly to the supervisor.

  • Associates Degree in Business (preferred)
  • Compliance with federal/state/local law, industry and client standards, and company safety policies.

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop and follow standardized company documentation policies and procedures
  • Ensure all technical documents, such as reports, drawings, and blueprints, are up to date and collected in system
  • Expedite and manage technical documentation transmittals to and from clients and vendors.
  • Oversee internal approval statuses on engineered equipment drawings to ensure schedules are met.
  • Notify personnel of updated document versions and how to access them
  • Conduct company audits to ensure procedures are being followed
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Very detail oriented
  • Great time management skills
  • Incredible organizational skills
  • Experienced in Excel (and Microsoft 365 App Environment)
  • Can work independently without much guidance
  • Ability to communicate with team
  • Work is largely sedentary and generally performed indoors.
  • Lift and carry up to 20 lbs. occasionally.
  • Repetitious hand and finger dexterity to communicate via email
  • Extensive visual and auditory observation during work
