Front Office Coordinator – Custom Cabinetry Company

Position Summary:

We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Showroom Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our high-end cabinetry showroom. This individual will represent the company with professionalism and warmth, ensuring that every client, vendor, and guest receives exceptional service. The ideal candidate thrives in a design-oriented environment, enjoys supporting a dynamic team, and maintains impeccable attention to detail. College students encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relations & Reception

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming and professional first impression.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Manage showroom appointments and maintain the scheduling calendar for design consultants.
  • Assist walk-in clients with basic product information and connect them to the appropriate team member.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain the appearance and organization of the showroom.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Prepare and update client files.
  • Support the sales and design teams with administrative tasks, documentation, and data entry.
  • Track and order office and showroom supplies.

Sales & Project Coordination

  • Enter new leads into CRM software and assist with follow-up communications as needed.
  • Assist with creating presentation packets when needed.
  • Support marketing efforts by helping to organize photoshoots, update showroom displays, and assist with events or open houses.

Qualifications Preferred:

  • 3+ years of experience in a front office, administrative, or customer service role (experience in interior design, cabinets, or luxury retail preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or project management software a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities gracefully.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a high-end design showroom.

Work Environment:
