The Transplant Data Analyst
will support the monitoring, validation, analyses, and reporting efforts associated with the transplant program, QAPI, quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications: The Transplant Data Analyst
- Minimum of five years of experience in data management required.
- Bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare, business, statistics, industrial engineering, or a similar field is required.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or database programs required.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint required.
- Working knowledge of database management required.
- Accuracy on all work products with utmost reliability required.
- Applied proven analytical skills required.
- Ability to identify and comprehend clinically relevant information and present in format that others, with little experience with the data, can understand required.
- Critical thinking skills and ability to develop alternative solutions so that information system limitations do not impede completion of a project required.
- Ability to translate customer request into a meaningful solution required.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize tasks to be completed within tight timeframe required.
- Comfort level to manage shifting priorities and the ambiguity of change required.
- Knowledge of basic statistics required.
Preferred Qualifications: The Transplant Data Analyst
- Experience with Access databases, SQL queries, crystal reports or similar product preferred.
- Experience in performance improvement and project management preferred.
- Master's degree preferred.
