Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Analyst located in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area, with some remote work allowed. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to generate actionable insights. Key responsibilities include creating data reports, developing data models, supporting decision-making processes, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to meet business needs. The role requires a strong focus on data accuracy and utilizing advanced techniques for statistical and analytical assessments.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Data Analytics to interpret complex data and uncover significant insights
  • Knowledge of Statistics and ability to apply statistical methods to datasets
  • Experience with Data Modeling and understanding of database structures
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively present findings and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Proficiency in tools like SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages used in data analytics
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • Prior experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
