The Opportunity

  • As a Fulfillment Center Equipment Operator, you will be on the forefront of our operation directly helping our customer.
  • Fulfillment Center Equipment Operators will be certified, by our organization, to operate a variety of equipment types, including a range of powered industrial trucks (PIT) and are expected to perform many tasks, across multiple departments, in a warehouse environment that prioritizes safety and performance.
  • You will report to Area Site Manager
  • This is an on-site position in Bethlehem, PA

Your Impact

  • Support varying functions using a handheld scanner or computer to include of receiving, unloading, stowing, picking, stowing, shipping, loading, cycle counting or any other jobs to ensure customer experience expectations.
  • Complete all work observing environmental, health and safety standards, rules, regulations, and practices of the facility.
  • Focus on assigned tasks to maintain quality and achieve performance goals of your daily job tasks
  • Outside of production roles, other responsibilities may include helping work on computers to solve inventory problems, counting, and reporting inventory accuracy, ensuring efficiency of the fulfillment center through replenishing supplies, and meeting/maintaining 5S standards, or basic housekeeping needs of the operational areas.

What You Bring

  • Can pass and maintain company required equipment certification for each piece of assigned equipment.
  • Must have a desire to help others.
  • Recognize the importance and priority of safety in the workplace.
  • Must have a general working knowledge of how computers operate – no specific software knowledge required.
  • Use mathematical functions including addition, subtraction, some multiplication and division following process path requirements
