Role Overview:

  • Seamlessly manage client work orders by scanning barcodes, logging locations, and organizing records in our state-of-the-art facility.
  • Fulfilling customers' orders on a daily basis. Including, pulling file and box requests for next-day delivery or pickup, end of the month box destructions and special projects.
  • Ensure timely and accurate deliveries and pick-ups of orders and become the friendly face our clients can trust.
  • Contribute to a safe work environment by expertly loading and unloading vehicles and performing daily checks on all out-going\incoming inventory and company equipment as necessary.
  • Putting away returned inventory, refiling individual files and securely scanning items onto our 40 ft warehouse shelving.
  • Scanning and digitizing physical documents using specialized equipment to create high-quality digital images.
  • Data Entry file detail in system for tracking.

What Makes You the Ideal Candidate?

  • Hold a High School diploma or equivalent and a valid state driver's license with a spotless driving record.
  • Capable of passing pre-employment checks including a DOT physical, drug testing, and background investigation.
  • Possession of a U.S. citizenship is

required

- Experience driving 26' box trucks is a plus As well as knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.) and any data entry\typing skills.
- Be able to lift up to 60 pounds and a willingness to operate warehouse equipment (high lift\order picker, electric pallet jack and\or forklift).
