Cosmic Acquisitions Inc. is recruiting an Entry Level Manager in Denver to manage AT&T mobile account setups. You'll handle onboarding, resolve service challenges, and provide consistent, personalized support to enhance the customer experience.

As an Entry Level Manager, you'll manage AT&T mobile service workflows, ensuring precise account activation, complete documentation, and reliable support for residential clients. The Entry Level Manager will troubleshoot technical issues, guide customers through mobile solutions, and maintain seamless connectivity, playing a key role in enhancing client satisfaction and overall service quality.

What Will I Be Doing as an Entry-Level Manager?

  • Deliver outreach by coordinating onboarding, documentation, and activation across AT&T wireless, fiber, and bundled service tiers—focused on mobile connectivity and device deployment.
  • Qualify service requests by assessing mobile usage goals, connectivity needs, and budget alignment to match AT&T solutions with household expectations.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy by tracking service requests, account movement, and provisioning milestones to support campaign visibility and activation flow.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to confirm mobile device readiness, delivery benchmarks, and onboarding documentation across AT&T's residential service tiers.
  • Monitor territory metrics and share insights to refine onboarding strategy, reduce activation delays, and improve mobile service outcomes.

What Do I Need to Bring to the Table as an Entry-Level Manager?

  • High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, communications, or operations supports mobile onboarding fluency and campaign coordination.
  • Experience in client support, documentation workflows, or structured outreach preferred—especially within telecom, retail, or subscription-based environments.
  • Detail-oriented and organized—able to manage multiple onboarding tasks with speed, accuracy, and documentation control across mobile and fiber service tiers.
  • Clear communicator with a process-driven mindset—able to navigate activation steps and resolve onboarding gaps using AT&T's internal systems and provisioning tools.
  • CRM proficient—maintains clean, actionable data to support pipeline tracking, territory performance, and campaign continuity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1, $1,321.54 per week
