About Us

SOL Tile is a premium tile and stone installation subcontractor serving general contractors, builders, designers, and architects across Los Angeles. We work on high-end residential and boutique commercial projects where workmanship and communication matter. We're hiring an Account Manager to help expand our network and maintain strong client relationships.

The Role

You'll be responsible for bringing in new GC/designer/architect accounts and managing those relationships throughout their projects. This is a client-facing role focused on communication, coordination, and keeping projects moving — not managing crews or materials.

What You'll Do

  • Build and grow a book of 15–20+ active client accounts
  • Identify new bidding opportunities and attend job walks
  • Follow up on all proposals and maintain ongoing communication
  • Attend key meetings: pre-job walks, layouts, design clarifications, issue discussions
  • Gather site information, photos, measurements, and notes for estimating and project prep
  • Relay updates between the client and our internal team quickly and clearly
  • Work closely with the Owner (estimating + field ops oversight)
  • Receive support from the Administrative Assistant (prelims, COIs, waivers, documents, job setup, invoicing requirements)

Requirements

Must Have:

  • Construction experience
  • B2B sales experience
  • Comfortable on active job sites
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Reliable vehicle + valid driver's license
  • Organized and detail-oriented

Strong Plus:

  • Tile/stone experience
  • Experience working with GCs, builders, or designers

We can train on reading plans and the specific software/tools we use.

Compensation

  • $48,000 base salary
  • Commission on gross profit from new accounts you bring in
  • Paid time off + paid holidays

(No laptop/phone reimbursement or car allowance.)
