We are looking for a skilled Closet / Cabinet Installer to join our growing team. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in delivering top-quality results, we want to hear from you

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the complete assembly process of a cabinet from start to finish.
  • Communicate with clients to confirm design details, installation preferences, and resolve any concerns.
  • Interpret construction drawings, layouts, and specifications to determine installation procedures and materials needed.
  • Accurately measure walls, spaces, and surfaces using tape measures and levels to ensure proper cabinet fit.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications, is secure, and has a professional finish.
  • Clean up job site after installation, removing dust, debris, and unused materials.
  • Document work completed, materials used, and report issues or changes to supervisors or project managers.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Experience and Licensing/Certification Requirements:

  • Previous experience in cabinet assembly and installation or a related trade is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Ability to meet deadlines, exhibit great attention to detail, and communicate in a professional manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying heavy materials, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and performing other physical tasks associated with cabinet installation.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adjust plans and materials to real-world constraints.
