Quality Assurance Inspect and adjust property equipment as necessary. Assist in the installation or relocation of equipment and property furniture. Uses hand tools and power tools in making maintenance repairs. Participates in general cleaning, painting, and repair work. Perform exterior maintenance, snow removal and salting as necessary.
