Employment Type: Subcontractor

Reports To: Project Manager / Site Supervisor

Description of Work:

  • Demo existing approximately 74 kitchen cabinets and 49 bathroom vanities including disconnect plumbing and electrical.
  • Complete turnkey Install new kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, and countertops per the schedule on the Bid Cost Summary and the drawings.
  • Install sinks including plumbing supply and drain connections and replacing shutoffs as needed.
  • Patch drywall and paint around cabinets as needed.
  • Remove old range hood and install new, including electrical connections.
  • Materials being supplied by us and installed by you: Kitchen Cabinets, Vanity Cabinets, Countertops, Sinks, Shutoffs, Supply Lines, Faucets, Strainer Baskets, Waste Outlet, Tail Piece, Extension Tube, P-Trap, Range Hood and paint. All other misc. materials to be supplied and installed by contractor.
