Manufacturing Engineer-Medical Device

Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Engineer will apply technical expertise and business understanding to lead and execute complex engineering tasks in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role involves setting direction, taking ownership of technical initiatives, and driving improvements in processes and systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute complex manufacturing engineering projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and production goals.
- Anticipate, identify, and resolve technical issues, applying innovative methods and creative problem-solving where precedents may not exist.
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize manufacturing performance and product quality.
- Collaborate with peers and mentors through peer reviews, validation activities, and technical discussions to ensure project success.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall efficiency and reliability of manufacturing operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Software, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing engineering or technical discipline.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and work effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-volume or regulated manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with process validation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Pay Range: $30/hr to $40/hr
