Overview

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Medicare Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in navigating their Medicare options, ensuring they receive the best possible coverage tailored to their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping others understand their healthcare benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and retail sales strategies.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to determine the best Medicare plans for clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process and beyond.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales administration tasks.
  • Stay informed about the latest Medicare regulations and benefits administration changes.
  • Utilize marketing techniques to promote services and expand client base.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of complex insurance terms.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients.
  • Background in retail sales is advantageous.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Familiarity with sales administration processes and analysis skills to track performance metrics.
  • Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A strong commitment to customer service excellence and client satisfaction.
