Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative – Air/Ocean/Domestic to join our growing team. This is an onsite position at our Cincinnati, OH office. The ideal candidate is a hunter with strong prospecting skills, a high-energy approach, and a passion for driving results. This role will focus on building new client relationships across multiple modes — including international air, ocean, and domestic freight solutions — while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth hand-off from lead to account.
Key Responsibilities
· Proactively hunt for new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and outreach.
· Build, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
· Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into active clients.
· Collaborate with pricing and operations teams to turn leads into accounts and deliver value-added solutions.
· Track market shifts and trends, using insights to create competitive advantages and win business.
· Multitask and manage a high-volume sales pipeline with accuracy, timeliness, and consistent follow-through.
· Represent ACF Global Logistics with professionalism, energy, and a customer-first mindset.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Proven hunter mentality with inside sales experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding.
· High energy, self-starter with an opportunistic mindset.
· Persistent, results-driven, and motivated by growth and success.
· Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM software, specifically TMS experience a plus.
· Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field preferred but not required.
