About Us:

1 NY Beauty Supply is a growing small business serving the St. Petersburg community. We provide high-quality beauty and hair products with excellent customer service. As we grow, we are looking for team members who want to grow with us.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and positive Sales Associate with great energy. The ideal candidate is friendly, humble, and eager to learn. This position may include opening or closing responsibilities and has potential for future leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and create a welcoming environment

  • Provide great customer service and build customer relationships

  • Learn about hair extensions, hair care, skin care, and beauty products

  • Assist customers with product recommendations

  • Maintain store cleanliness and stock shelves

  • Operate the register and handle transactions accurately

  • Assist with opening/closing duties as scheduled

  • Work well with team members and management

  • Maintain a positive and professional workplace
