Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, account management, and business development. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, territory management, and building lasting relationships with clients. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting our products and services to realtors, brokers, mortgage loan officers, investors, and other real estate professionals, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
Duties
- Engage in outside sales activities to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Manage existing business relationships and solidify new opportunities.
- Conduct presentations and support to prospective clients.
- Create social and education events.
- Perform cold calling to generate leads and nurture potential clients through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the service team to align sales strategies and business efforts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide feedback on customer needs to inform future sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus in the real estate industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of territory management strategies.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.

Projected Total Compensation: $45, $100,000.00 per year
