**Job Title: Senior HR Generalist**
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing our HR functions, ensuring that the organization effectively attracts, retains, and develops the best talent. The Senior HR Generalist will provide strategic input, operational support, and expertise in a wide range of HR activities, all while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as a strategic partner to management by providing guidance and expertise in HR-related matters.
- Lead employee relations efforts, addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts in line with company policies and regulations.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support organizational goals and compliance with applicable laws.
- Manage performance management initiatives, providing training and support to managers in conducting evaluations and delivering feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute employee training and development programs.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for workforce planning and development.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that align with the company's values and goals.
- Ensure accurate and timely employee records management and HRIS data entry.
- Support compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and fair practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, HR best practices, and legislative changes to proactively address potential impacts on the organization.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discernment.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR programs and initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, etc.) is preferred but not required.
