Position Details:

  • Job Type: Temporary with Benefits
  • Salary: $ $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
  • Locations: Multiple Health Centers across Philadelphia, PA
  • Working Hours: Shift times vary between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, depending on the location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and dispense prescriptions accurately under the supervision of licensed pharmacists.
  • Manage medication inventory, including packaging, labeling, and organization.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as record-keeping and processing patient profiles.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification: Active Pharmacy Technician Certification from PTCB or ICPT.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year in a pharmacy technician role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of pharmacy practices, medication management, and drug interactions.
    • Proficiency in mathematics and computer applications relevant to the role.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills (fluency in English required).

Physical/Medical Requirements:
Applicants must meet the physical and medical standards required for pharmacy technician duties.
