Sales & Owner Services Representative

Location: Panama City, FL

Employment Type: Full-Time

VSA Resorts by Vacatia is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales & Owner Services Representative to join our location team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering outstanding service, and contributing to both sales growth and owner satisfaction in a resort environment.

What You'll Do
  • Sell vacation ownership products, including timeshare intervals and points packages
  • Engage guests and Owners through in-person interactions, phone calls, and email
  • Assist Owners with reservations, exchanges, contracts, and ownership questions
  • Enter and manage reservations from exchange companies and online travel agencies
  • Process payments for maintenance fees and taxes and support basic accounting tasks
  • Maintain accurate records in reservation and property management systems
  • Participate in training and collaborate with sales and owner services leadership
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience in sales, customer service, reservations, or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-first attitude
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Word); reservation system experience a plus
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed, 2-3 days onsite, remainder remote

Work Environment

This role is primarily on-site in our location and requires flexibility to meet business needs (Hybrid schedule: 2–3 days onsite, remainder remote).The position involves frequent guest and Owner interaction and collaboration with multiple departments.
