OFFICENEST is a locally owned Executive Suite and Virtual Office provider with over 15 years of experience and four locations across the Las Vegas Valley. We pride ourselves on offering professional, customer-focused services that help businesses of all sizes succeed.

We are are looking for a highly qualified Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional business environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with paid holidays off

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Punctual, reliable, and responsible
  • Professional in appearance and demeanor
  • Friendly, welcoming, and customer-service oriented
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Well-spoken with strong communication skills
  • Skilled in time management and problem-solving
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong in written communication and email composition
  • Comfortable assisting with occasional office furniture setup or moving

Responsibilities

As the face of our office, you will:

  • Provide tours to potential tenants and share information about our services
  • Prepare and send service agreements to new tenants
  • Greet and assist guests and visitors
  • Answer, screen, and transfer calls for multiple businesses
  • Compose and respond to email correspondence
  • Sort, distribute, and manage incoming mail and packages
  • Scan and forward mail as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and shared areas
  • Follow up on leads and support marketing efforts to attract new clients
  • Assist with setting up offices for new tenants, including arranging furniture
  • Monitor the overall condition of the building and address minor tasks to ensure a positive tenant experience
