The Job:

Pacifica Equities is a family-owned business with an entrepreneurial spirit. Your role is to manage multiple buildings. For some locations, you'll take the lead yourself, while for others you'll be guiding and supporting other property managers. Your main hub will be our Santa Monica building, which will feel like your home base.

This building has a special energy. Since we lease offices on a month-to-month basis, there's always something new happening. It's the kind of place where startups and entrepreneurs come and go, creating a lively and ever-changing environment. You'll handle everything from showing offices to finalizing leases, moving people in and out, and working with our freelance maintenance crew to keep things running smoothly.

Along with property oversight, you'll be in charge of bookkeeping tasks—making sure the bills get paid, deposits are wrapped up, and rents are collected.

You'll be the go-to person and welcoming face for current and future tenants. Being friendly and good with people really matters here, since you'll help set the tone for their experience. Things can get busy (think: tenant questions, parking puzzles, the occasional dispute, and juggling a few tasks at once), but if you like variety, you'll enjoy it. You'll also help bridge the business side between the family.
