Marketing and Website Coordinator

Overview
We're looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing and Website Coordinator to help refresh our online presence, promote our services, and strengthen our brand image. This role is perfect for someone who's both technically skilled and marketing-minded — someone who can manage our website, create engaging social media content, and bring a consistent, professional look and feel to everything we share online.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Management & Design
- Maintain and update the existing company website to ensure accurate, up-to-date content.
- Design and build new website pages or microsites as needed.
- Improve site functionality, layout, and user experience.
- Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Digital Marketing & Branding
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.).
- Create engaging posts, images, and short videos to promote company news, services, and culture.
- Plan and implement basic digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.) when appropriate.
- Support email marketing and online promotions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels (logos, tone, visuals, messaging).
- Content & Analytics
- Write and edit content for web pages, blogs, and social media.
- Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Make recommendations for improvement based on data insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant coursework and experience
- 2+ years of experience in web design, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of WordPress, Squarespace, or similar CMS platforms.
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Familiarity with social media management and content creation.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, AI and online advertising.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Photography or video editing experience.
- Prior experience working with small businesses or local brands.
Work Environment & Benefits
- Full-time position (hybrid or on-site options available).
- Salary range: $50,000 -$65,000 depending on experience.
