Food Truck Manager/Driver

The Baked Bear Food Truck is looking for a motivated and responsible Food Truck Manager/Driver to join our team. We're looking to fill full and part time positions. Drivers must be at least 21 years old. This is a fast paced and fun job in an established company. We do events in a wide variety of areas, such as school events, corporate events, weddings, Truck Yard, festivals, concerts, neighborhoods, and many other types of private events.

Candidate responsibilities:

  • Must be a responsible driver of the truck
  • Must be at least 21 years of age with a clean driving record
  • Must have a strong server mentality
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends
  • Must be able to have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to provide welcoming and enthusiastic customer service
  • Must be able to lead other team members on the truck
  • Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual to work
  • Must be able to lift 20+ pounds
  • Must be able to keep inside/outside of truck clean and presentable
  • Must be able to take orders with speed and accuracy
  • Must be able to follow opening/closing procedures accurately

We are looking for individuals:

  • Who have a positive attitude a warm personality
  • Can work in a quick pace and be efficient
  • Can be able to handle small problems that arise diligently
  • Team oriented
  • Can carefully drive the truck to and from events and take care of the truck as its their own
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends and some holidays
  • Are able to be tidy and on top of keeping things clean at all times

The Baked Bear Food Truck Manager/Driver position is a super fun, active, easy-to learn job. The Baked Bear is known for its ice cream sandwiches where the guests get to mix and match cookies, pick their ice cream and toppings and create their own customized ice cream sandwich. Super fun We get invited a bunch of cool events so its fun to serve all types of clients around the metroplex. The main responsibility of the position is to ensure presentable products, provide excellent customer service, and carefully drive the truck to and from events. You get to be part of an awesome franchise and learn what it is like to be an entrepreneur.

Pay: $ $20.55 per hour
