Location

This is a remote position, but preference will be given to applicants in the Eastern time zone, especially in traveling distance to the company headquarters in Philadelphia, PA

Role & Responsibilities

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Front-End Developer to join our team and help build exceptional user experiences. You'll work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to create responsive, performant, and accessible web applications that delight our users.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Front-End Developer, you'll collaborate on front-end architecture decisions, mentor junior developers, and drive technical excellence across our products. You'll transform designs into pixel-perfect, interactive interfaces while ensuring code quality and maintainability. Your work will directly impact how thousands of users interact with our platform daily.

Must-Have Skills

• React: Deep expertise in React, including hooks, context, and modern patterns
• JavaScript & TypeScript: Strong proficiency in ES6+ JavaScript and TypeScript for type-safe development
• Agile Development: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with iterative development cycles
• Collaboration Tools: Comfortable using Jira for project management, Figma for design collaboration, and GitHub for version control and code reviews

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Full-Stack Exposure: Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and SQL to better collaborate with backend teams
• Component Libraries: Experience building and maintaining component systems with Storybook or similar tools
• AI-Assisted Development: Hands-on experience using AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT to enhance productivity and code quality

What We're Looking For

You have 8+ years of front-end development experience and a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to build sophisticated web applications. You're passionate about user experience, performance optimization, and writing clean, maintainable code. You stay current with front-end trends and enjoy sharing knowledge with your team.
