LEGAL INTAKE SPECIALIST - IN-HOUSE (FASTING GROWING LAW FIRM)
Position Summary:
The intake specialist gathers information from potential clients by phone, website, text, and email. The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal communication skills, as this position requires answering and making phone calls as the primary function. Attention to detail, reliability, and a compassionate approach is a must.
The intake specialist is the face of the law firm. So your position and role are the most important at the firm. Without you, the firm will not be able to move forward with helping potential clients resolve their family law issues. As the intake specialist, you are responsible for the intake of information including communication with the case manager at the firm. You will be responsible for properly scheduling clients on the firm's calendar and sending each client payment links for their consultation fee.

Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

- $14 - $17
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Sales
- Intake and Scheduling
- Monitoring the firm's calendar
- Weekly review of the firm's calendar
- Other duties as assigned or when necessary to maintain efficient operations of the department and the Company as a whole
- Friendly demeanor
- Experience with a Law Ruler, but not a must. We will train on the job
Experience:
- Customer Service and Sales: 1 year (preferred)

- Setting up and sending out Zoom links
- Participating in meetings
- Detail Oriented
- Previous legal experience is NOT required, but experience in SALES would be beneficial to your position. The firm is looking for an individual with a strong desire to help clients and a willingness to go the extra mile to succeed. We are looking for a person who is comfortable using computers and technology in a fast-paced environment.
- If you are bi-lingual this would be an added plus due to the firm transition into personal injury cases starting on January 1, 2024, with a focus on helping the Hispanic community.
