They are looking for
you
, an experienced
Production Manager
, to oversee day-to-day operations, coach and develop a team of operators, and serve as the on-site leader when the Director is traveling. This is a
direct hire
opportunity with excellent growth potential.
What You Get To Do
- Organize workflow, assign responsibilities, and prepare schedules.
- Supervise operators and provide daily direction and coaching.
- Monitor production output to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies; implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with procurement, logistics, and sales to align on business objectives.
What You Need To Succeed
- 5+ years of production or project management experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct people effectively.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Background in smaller plant environments (global company experience not required).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (packaging, mold assembly).
- Proficiency with MS Office and SAP.
