Job Summary

We are hiring an engineer for an entry-level position. The engineer in this position conceptualizes and develops new products that improve the lives of our customers and support one of the most important jobs in the world. In this role, the engineer designs, creates, and implements aspects of product development for medical equipment.

Duties

  • Lead developing new products specifications from industrial design concepts using CAD. Product specifications include engineering models/drawings, bill of materials, material specification, design verification, and performance specification
  • Evaluate cost analysis for products from design conception through product launch to analyze product value and competitiveness
  • Develop product prototypes and perform product testing
  • Support tooling development and production builds
  • Lead design optimization for manufacturing, packaging, and material handling
  • Interface and collaborate with cross-functional team to support products throughout life cycles

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 0-1 years of related experience
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks) for mechanical design
  • Strong understanding of mechanical knowledge, including system design and manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge and experience in electronics/electrical system for mechanical products
  • Willingness to work hands-on
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects effectively
