Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced personal injury attorney to join our pre-litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of personal injury, from onboarding to settlement negotiations. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-level junior associate or a senior associate to take on a challenging and rewarding role within a dynamic and supportive firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury files.
  • Conduct initial client consultations and case evaluations.
  • Gather and analyze medical records, police reports, and other evidence.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
  • Collaborate with our litigation team on cases that proceed to trial.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Missouri. (Illinois also preferred)
  • 3-5+ years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
