Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney, located in St. Louis, MO. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to debt settlement and bankruptcy. Day-to-day tasks include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and consulting with potential clients. The Associate Attorney will also collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure clients receive high-quality legal services.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in providing Legal Advice and conducting Legal Research
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Bar admission in the state of Missouri
  • Experience in bankruptcy and debt settlement law is a plus, but is not required
