We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The Front Desk Agent will manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs while addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Handle reservations and cancellations through phone systems and online platforms.
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guest experience.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
  • Conduct night audits as required to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests effectively.

Skills

  • Strong phone etiquette to communicate professionally with guests over the phone.
  • Background in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
  • Excellent guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with hospitality software and phone systems is an asset.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
  • Ability to perform night audit tasks accurately when needed.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest records.
