Summary

We are hiring a part-time Chief of Staff to the CEO to handle various business functions. This role requires being present near one of our investment locations in Dallas, TX. It is a particularly great fit for an entry-level student or recent graduate, looking to learn marketing, data analysis, client & team communication and planning.

Responsibilities to include the following:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing staff schedules and communications.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data entry, and collaboration.
  • Execute social media and content marketing activities and our marketing calendar.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Support office management tasks to ensure a smooth workflow such as data entry.

10 hours per week are expected on average including weekend availability.

Required Qualifications

  • Dependability.
  • Ability to learn fast.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft or Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Spanish language competency
