Position Summary

Valiant Residential is searching for a Chief of Staff to partner closely with the President/CEO in advancing the company's most critical priorities. • A closer – You know how to move ideas into action and get things over the finish line.
  • Strategic – You bring insight, not just execution, and you're comfortable advising at the highest level.
  • Growth-minded – You want to take on more and grow within the organization.
  • Trusted – You are someone the CEO and executive team can count on, especially in high-stakes moments.

What You'll Do

  • Drive initiatives from concept to execution—fast, effectively, and with results.
  • Keep the executive team aligned and accountable toward strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate planning cycles, quarterly/annual goals, leadership offsites, and strategic reviews.

Operations & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Own and optimize the company's operating rhythm (executive meetings, agenda setting, decision tracking).
  • Ensure key decisions are documented, tracked, and implemented.
  • Identify and remove blockers to execution with urgency and precision.

Communications & Influence

  • Deliver clear, concise updates to executive stakeholders.
  • Translate strategic priorities into internal communications that energize and align.
  • Champion discretion and confidentiality while managing highly sensitive matters.

Requirements

What You'll Bring

  • Confidence to hold your ground, influence at the executive level, and bring new ideas to the table.
