How You'll Make An Impact

• Provide strategic financial analysis to global and regional leaders.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting across orders, revenue, and EBIT.
• Support project execution with cost reporting and risk mitigation.
• Ensure accuracy of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Drive reporting cycles across weekly, monthly, and quarterly timelines.
• Manage headcount reconciliation and commission accounting.
• Collaborate across functions in a global matrixed environment.
• Deliver insights that influence business productivity and effectiveness.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting from a four-year college or university preferred
• 6–10 years of related finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial statements.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations preferred.
• 2 years of management experience preferred
• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and BI tools.
• Preferred knowledge of Software industry and revenue recognition
• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
