Job Title: Connections Measurement Manager
Job Description
As a Connections Measurement Manager, you will lead and oversee marketing investment and activation measurement for several high-profile brands, including You will handle social analytics, media ROI measurement, and sponsorship value tracking. Additionally, you will spearhead measurement efforts, focusing on reporting reach and resonance across the campaign and providing actionable optimization recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exhaustive measurement program in 2025, including integrated campaign measurement, mega moment reporting, and ad hoc deliverables.
- Lead measurement, ensuring optimal output and delivery to set timelines for key stakeholders.
- Develop key principles for optimal experiential impact, potentially including an 'excellence' program to track implementation of these principles.
- Ensure delivery of an aligned measurement strategy for 2025 while optimizing and evolving the approach for the 2026 strategy.
- Deliver quarterly social listening reports around and initiatives, identifying top-performing content via social listening technology.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of experience in measurement workflow, ideally in social listening or media measurement.
- Proficiency with social listening tools such as Brandwatch and CreatorIQ.
- Understanding of media research metrics like ROI, brand lift, and sales lift.
- Strong storytelling, insight generation, and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Strong communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in media measurement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Work Environment
This position requires working in the office five days a week, from 9am to 5pm. You will also be expected to work during the weekend of the Super Bowl. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $ $50.48/hr.
