What You'll Do:

  • Provide prevention, intervention, and reintegration services for youth and families
  • Assess needs, create treatment plans, and collaborate with families and agencies
  • Travel to homes and community settings to deliver evidence-based interventions
  • Mentor parents/caregivers in essential life skills
  • Offer crisis intervention and maintain accurate documentation
  • Promote trauma-informed care and professionalism in all interactions

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree (or pursuing a Master's) in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends
