Description

  • Manage multiple commercial projects from planning through completion
  • Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure quality and schedule adherence
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and client communications
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Regional travel (Maine-Maryland) every week or every other week for 1-2 days
  • Monthly travel to headquarters for 1-2 days during the first year
  • One-week onboarding at headquarters

Profile

  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Strong retail construction background; hospitality or multifamily experience is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and client-facing skills
  • Comfortable with regional travel and occasional overnight stays
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships effectively
