We are seeking detail-oriented and tech-savvy Entry-Level Computerized Records Analysts to join our legal operations team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills and a passion for working with digital data and systems. Legal background is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze computerized legal records and databases for accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining digital legal files in compliance with internal protocols.
  • Support attorneys and legal staff by retrieving and interpreting data from legal systems.
  • Perform basic data entry, tagging, and classification of legal documents.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, documentation tracking, and system updates.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.  
  • Proficiency in computerized systems, databases, and document management tools.  
  • Experience in operations, systems analysis, or data analytics.  
  • Ability to analyze and interpret legal data with attention to detail.  
  • Strong writing and reporting skills.  
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.  
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and processes is helpful but not required.
