As a Chubb Associate Claims Adjuster, You Will Be In a Full-time Position Within Field Property Claims, And You Will Experience

Please note: This is a work-from-home position; however, you must reside in Massachusetts, as the role requires travel within Massachusetts and to surrounding states. A company car will be provided for work related travel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (multiple majors will be considered).
- GPA of 3.0 or above required.
- Valid Drivers license required.
- Preferred prior work experience, including but not limited to summer jobs, part-time roles, or internships.
- Preferred leadership experience, including but not limited to work, involvement in community service, athletics, clubs, or other activities.
- Although not required, experience or knowledge in construction or related trades is a bonus.
For Claims Adjuster roles: If you do not already have one, you will be required to obtain an applicable resident or designated home state adjusters license and possibly additional state licensure.
Sponsorship, now or in the future, is not available for this role. Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the U.S. without need for current or future employment-based sponsorship.
The pay range for the role is $60,000 to $75,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
