As a Product Manager II at Bear Robotics, you will play a critical role in shaping and launching innovative solutions that enhance our customer experience and drive scalable growth. You'll partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver new products and accessories, expand our platform capabilities, and ensure smooth product deployment. This role requires a strong user-centric mindset, technical fluency, and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product strategy. You will act as a bridge between the field and engineering—turning insights from customers and technical account managers into high-impact product features.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmapping:

Engage deeply with users, Sales, and field teams to surface pain points and opportunities. Champion the voice of the customer in product planning and development to ensure solutions meet real-world needs.
  • Sales & Deployment Support:
Collaborate with Sales and technical account managers to understand deployment challenges and customer requirements. Help fill process and communication gaps between Sales and Product, and support onboarding readiness from a product perspective.
  • Cross-functional Leadership:
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and other stakeholders to bring products to life. Facilitate clear handoffs, ensure execution velocity, and unblock teams where needed.
  • Go-to-Market Execution:
Drive product launches in close collaboration with Marketing and Sales. Ensure teams are aligned on positioning, messaging, training, and deployment timelines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including C-level leadership, to align product direction and secure buy-in. Communicate product vision, progress, and decisions with clarity.
  • Platform Scaling:
Identify opportunities to extend platform capabilities for future growth. Help design products and processes that scale globally and support long-term expansion.
  • Performance Monitoring & Iteration:
Define product KPIs, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvement. Use insights from data, customers, and internal teams to iterate quickly and deliver ongoing value.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None.

Required Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:

  • Clear, concise communicator with ability to influence cross-functionally.
  • Strong user empathy and customer-first thinking.
  • Analytical problem-solver with executional discipline.
  • Experience driving GTM strategy and launch execution.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder needs.
  • Strong collaboration and organizational skills across teams.
  • Technical fluency and ability to speak both customer and engineering languages.
  • Demonstrated success launching and scaling products in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting field teams and onboarding at scale.
  • Exposure to platform product management and extensible systems.
  • Prior work with executive-level stakeholders or leadership teams.
  • Experience in robotics, hardware, or B2B SaaS preferred.

Education/Experience:
